The Magimix Le Glacier is a simple and effective ice cream maker which can produce a smooth, silky ice cream in just under half an hour. The Le Glacier has a 1.1 litre freezing bowl which needs to be left in the freezer overnight. This is removed and placed at room temperature and the ingredients are added. Place the lid on top and switch the machine on. The Magimix ice cream machine will do the rest. Come back in twenty minutes to half hour and you will have perfect ice cream. This machine can also produce a fine slush puppy or a sharp sorbet and even delicious frozen yoghurt. You can use any flavours that suit your tastes from fresh strawberries in summer to chocolate chips and cookie dough, one of my favourite indulgences.
